Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

RydderPay collects information necessary to provide the payment gateway Service:

Merchant Data

  • Email address and password (for authentication).
  • Business name.
  • Solana wallet address for receiving funds.
  • Webhook URL (optional).

Transaction Data

  • Amount, currency, and blockchain network of each payment.
  • Transaction status and blockchain signatures.
  • Temporary wallet address generated for each payment.
  • Custom metadata sent by the Merchant.
  • Creation, confirmation, and expiration timestamps.

Technical Data

  • IP address (for security and fraud prevention).
  • Browser user agent.
  • API access logs.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used to:

  • Process and facilitate cryptocurrency payment transactions.
  • Authenticate and manage Merchant accounts.
  • Send payment-related notifications (webhooks).
  • Prevent fraud and illicit activities.
  • Improve Service security and performance.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Generate aggregated and anonymous usage statistics.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure servers using Firebase/Google Cloud Platform. We implement the following security measures:

  • Temporary wallet private keys are encrypted with AES-256 before storage.
  • API Keys are stored as hashes, never in plain text.
  • User passwords are managed through Firebase Authentication with secure hashing.
  • All communications are conducted over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Webhooks include HMAC-SHA256 signatures for authenticity verification.

4. Information Sharing

RydderPay does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information in the following cases:

  • Public blockchain: Transactions on Solana are public by nature. Wallet addresses and amounts are visible on the blockchain explorer.
  • Infrastructure providers: We use Firebase (Google) for storage and authentication, subject to their privacy policies.
  • Legal obligation: When required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
  • Fraud prevention: To investigate suspicious activities or protect the rights of RydderPay and its users.

5. Data Retention

Transaction data is retained indefinitely to comply with audit and regulatory obligations. Account data is retained as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except for data required by legal obligations.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data from the dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and personal data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to the processing of your data in certain cases.

7. Cookies

RydderPay uses strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the Service:

  • Session cookie: To maintain Merchant authentication.
  • Admin cookie: For admin panel sessions.

We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

8. Payer Data

RydderPay does not collect personal data from payers (Merchant's end customers). The payment page does not require registration or personal data. Only the payer's wallet address is recorded when they voluntarily connect through Wallet Connect.

9. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with the last updated date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
