Terms of Service

Last updated: February 15, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RydderPay platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.

RydderPay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Description

RydderPay is a payment gateway that allows merchants ("Merchants") to accept payments in cryptocurrencies through the Solana blockchain. The Service includes:

  • Payment processing in SOL and USDC.
  • Generation of payment links and pages.
  • Management dashboard for merchants.
  • API for programmatic integration.
  • Webhooks for real-time notifications.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service as a Merchant, you must create an account providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

RydderPay reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or that are used for fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Fees and Payments

RydderPay retains a commission of 1.5% on each successfully completed transaction. This commission is automatically deducted from the received amount before transferring funds to the Merchant.

Net funds are automatically transferred to the destination wallet configured by the Merchant once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Merchant Obligations

The Merchant agrees to:

  • Use the Service exclusively for legal and legitimate activities.
  • Not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illicit activity.
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information in their profile.
  • Maintain the security of their API Key and not share it with unauthorized third parties.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. Temporary Wallets

RydderPay generates temporary wallets for each transaction. These wallets are single-use and funds are automatically transferred upon payment completion. Payments have an expiration time of 15 minutes, after which the transaction is marked as expired.

7. Limitation of Liability

RydderPay shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from cryptocurrency price volatility.
  • Errors in wallet addresses provided by the Merchant.
  • Service interruptions due to issues on the Solana blockchain.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized use of access credentials.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software of RydderPay are the exclusive property of RydderPay. The Merchant does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Service beyond the limited right of use under these terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

RydderPay may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

  • The Merchant violates these Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • It is required by a regulatory or judicial authority.
  • The Merchant does not use the Service for an extended period.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable to electronic commerce and digital services. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or before the competent courts.
